What Is the Regional Center Investor Petition (I-526E)?

The Regional Center Investor Petition (Form I-526E) allows foreign investors to apply for U.S. permanent residency through an approved regional center under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The investment must meet specific criteria, including job creation and lawful fund sourcing.

Eligibility for the I-526E Petition

• Investment Amount: Minimum of $1,050,000 or $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).
• Regional Center Affiliation: Investment must be made through a USCIS-approved regional center.
• Job Creation: The investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs.
• Source of Funds: Investors must provide evidence that the investment funds were lawfully obtained.

I-526E Petition Process
